The *brand new* Booking Page
Excitement, buzz, anticipation – we’ve experienced it all while designing and testing an update to your Booking Page. The Setmore lab has been working to give your company Booking Page a completely new look and feel.

A step-by-step refresh
Your feedback is crucial to improving customer experience on Setmore. Month-by-month, we’ve rolled out updated designs for various elements of your app. November saw a new header and sidebar section. And, your Booking Page settings have also been redesigned for easier navigation and instant integration options.

Easily update your timezone
Whether it’s setting your clock forward or backward, we’ve got you covered. Simply head to your Booking Page settings – on either your web or mobile app – to update your timezone. Browse through the available options and set your business hours to your preferred timezone.

Zap! Check out this new feature
The Zapier integration now includes a new trigger. Pro and Team users can export their Setmore appointments to third party calendars. Connect your Setmore calendar to Zapier and sync appointment details with Google Calendar, Base, and more.
Where did that appointment come from?
Puzzled over the source of an appointment? Not for long. The appointment details will now tell you where a booking came from. When an appointment is booked, the appointment details pop-up will display a section called ‘Booked From’. Track which channels your customers utilize the most and find where you should invest more time to boost your bookings.
Personalized text alerts got even more personal
Go the extra mile to prevent no-shows with a custom Sender ID*. Your text alerts now display your company name so customers know who has contacted them – before opening. This helps ensure your text reminders don’t get ignored or mistaken for spam. With more attention paid to your messages, you can wave missed appointments goodbye.
*Sender ID is only available for customers in the UK. We will soon be expanding the feature to other regions
