Appointment Reminders and Customer Notes.
We introduced two new, very cool, very useful features in our last release.
Automatically send your customers a gentle reminder of their upcoming appointment. Log in to your SetMore account, and you’ll be greeted by a dialogue to turn on Appointment Reminders. If you choose not to now, you can turn them on any time in your Client Booking Rules.
Repeat customers are a blessing! But they can be a curse when you can’t keep track of their history beyond what services they’ve booked. Keep better track with our new customer notes feature.
