In 2024 alone, these efforts created over 200 well-paying jobs, with more than 90% of contractor hours filled by local residents. Apprenticeship programs have already trained 70+ students in hands-on restoration, equipping the next generation to care for the forests that care for us.

In 2023, Redwood National Park welcomed over 400,000 people, contributing nearly $30M to nearby communities. With new trails and habitats being restored, that impact will only deepen.
