Customers are blocked using their phone number and email. That means that those details can’t be used to book an appointment, create a new profile, or edit an existing one.
No. These appointments will remain intact but will feature a ‘Blocked’ tag so you can see those who are blocked. You can delete them manually, including recurring bookings. Blocked customers won’t be able to use your Booking Page in the future.
Yes. They will receive reminders for upcoming bookings, but also notifications of any changes you make. Therefore, if you deleted the booking, they will be notified.
Not at the moment. To view your blocked customers, you need to go into their individual customer profiles.
Currently, yes. This feature prevents them from booking or rescheduling an appointment on your Booking Page. However, with Setmore Reviews, you can unpublish any reviews that go against your policy.
No, but it's recommended to block customers only when necessary. Use customer notes to build a detailed profile first.
A customer won’t be notified when they are blocked. However, if they try to book, they’ll see a pop-up stating that their booking couldn’t be confirmed.
