His team\u2019s offering includes <strong>customer onboarding and internal training<\/strong>. He says, \u201c<em>When it comes to our training services, Setmore really runs most of what we do, especially around planning logistics.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Having used Setmore for 3 years, Kieron discusses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/features\/booking-page\">the importance of self-scheduling<\/a> to the business. Ad-hoc sessions or new tasks can be easily assigned to staff members with free time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ping! \u201cYou have a session scheduled with MyGP.\u201d<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pushing automated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/features\/email-reminders\">email reminders<\/a> as one of Setmore\u2019s top functionalities, Kieron says, <em>\u201cWe need to be able to give a friendly nudge to our clients to say, \u201cHey, don&#8217;t forget this thing that we arranged\u201d, and conveniently get that into their calendar, which is really important for clients as well.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>&#8220;Every system can do briefings and things like that, but making sure that something can fire an automated reminder is really important.&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It\u2019s crucial to have alerts that cut through the noise and get the attention of busy customers. Being able to help them remember appointments delivers a more considerate customer experience.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gaining a competitive edge.<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The MyGP team stayed on top of its game during the pandemic. <em>\u201d<\/em><em>W<\/em><em>e&#8217;ve been able to continue offering all of our services and we know that competitors are not able to do the same thing. <\/em>He adds,<em> \u201cI think Setmore, in general, has been a lifesaver for us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>When incorporating any software into your staff or customer\u2019s day-to-day, <strong>the right functionality and ease-of-use are crucial to success.<\/strong> <em>\u201cSetmore has been one of the key cloud-based solutions that we&#8217;ve been using.
