In this blog post we\u2019ll cover some of the theory and the craft, so you can build your confidence and skills at the same time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encourage visitors to book an appointment<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Reviews are all about <strong>building trust with your visitors<\/strong> and potential customers. We look at reviews to get some sense of whether or not the service will meet our needs and if it\u2019ll be a good experience overall. This is where putting in the effort to collect some customer reviews can pay off.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4442\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blog-setmore\/1\/2019\/10\/whole-review-bookingpage.png\" alt=\"A sample booking page with the reviews.\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>You may already be doing this on Google and Facebook. But you should <strong>aim for 10 reviews on your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/features\/booking-page\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Setmore Booking Page (opens in a new tab)\">Setmore Booking Page<\/a><\/strong>, with a new review every other month to keep things fresh. This way, if visitors do click on your Reviews tab, they\u2019ll get a splash of good vibes to nudge them closer to that first appointment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How reviews work in Setmore<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Setmore allows you to collect <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490944-customer-reviews\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"customer reviews (opens in a new tab)\">customer reviews<\/a> on your Booking Page. This is the portal that your customers use to schedule appointments with you online. With Reviews activated, a <strong>\u201cReviews\u201d tab<\/strong> will appear in the left-hand navigation menu (see previous image).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>To activate reviews, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/my.setmore.com\/settings\/#bookingpage\/rpending\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>Settings &gt; Booking Page &gt; Reviews<\/strong><\/a> in the Setmore web app, and activate the <strong>Reviews <\/strong>switch.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"571\" height=\"85\" class=\"wp-image-5640\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blog-setmore\/1\/2021\/02\/settings-bp-reviews.png\" alt=\"Settings, Booking Page, Reviews.\" srcset=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blog-setmore\/1\/2021\/02\/settings-bp-reviews.png 571w, https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blog-setmore\/1\/2021\/02\/settings-bp-reviews-250x37.png 250w, https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blog-setmore\/1\/2021\/02\/settings-bp-reviews-120x18.png 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 360px) 300px, (min-width: 361px) 768px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Also, this tab has its own <strong>dedicated URL<\/strong> that you can direct-link to, if you want to ask for a customer review in your outbound emails.
