This month we\u2019ve solved some critical issues to help ensure a more stable Setmore while delivering an optimized experience for both you and your customers. Continue reading for details, below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Squish List: Spring Cleaning edition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>West Midlands is now a selectable state for users in the UK. Previously the option was listed as Birmingham.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Booking Page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the Booking Page to display an error saying that the chosen time slot was already booked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setmore will now display an error to customers who attempt to book a service, class, or staff provider who was just removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes allowed customers to schedule appointments during a staff provider\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490976-staff-working-hours-breaks-and-time-off\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">time off<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calendar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491015-appointment-labels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">appointment labels<\/a> will now instantly sync between the Setmore web app and iOS\/Android app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented Setmore from scheduling <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490894-recurring-appointments-premium-pro-feature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recurring appointments<\/a> from a computer running Windows 10.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented recurring appointments from being booked over a previously occupied time slot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes made to a class session in the Setmore web app will now instantly reflect when viewing the class session in the Setmore app for iOS or Android.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recurring class sessions can now be scheduled for longer than a year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Contacts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes caused customers to not receive a text reminder if there was no country code in their contact profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491020-customer-notes-stats-and-appointment-history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Customer Stats<\/a> graph will now show data points across a full calendar year, rather than just 4 months at a time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fixed typos in Setmore email templates for users with their account language set to Norwegian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the Activity Stream in the Setmore app for iOS\/Android to appear blank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fixed an issue that prevented making more than 2 payments for some appointments with the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/payments\/square-setmore-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Square integration<\/a> activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that caused some refund values for Square payments to show with less than two decimal values for transactions made in USD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491031-customer-contact-fields\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact fields<\/a> will now be included when exporting customer data to a spreadsheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exporting your appointment history using the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491014-export-appointment-history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Basic Reporting<\/a> feature will now include a \u201cBooked From\u201d field to indicate the source of each appointment (Calendar, Booking Page, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that sometimes caused Basic Reporting to not generate a report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Staff Profiles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changing <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490884-company-details-currency-timezone-and-business-hours\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">business hours<\/a> will now properly reflect for team members with a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490975-staff-login-and-access-controls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">staff login<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff order will no longer randomize after adding and deleting a staff profile from the Setmore app for iOS\/Android.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that caused some users to be unable to log into Setmore if they updated their primary email address from the mobile app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that prevented the Time Off page from not loading in an Internet Explorer browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fixed an issue that caused start and end days of time off to appear differently from their associated values stored in Setmore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Setmore app for iPad: a quick update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1014\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blog-setmore\/1\/2019\/04\/ipad-calendar.jpg\" alt=\"The Setmore app on an iPad.\" class=\"wp-image-4198\" a late Q2 or Q3 release for the Setmore app for iPad. It shouldn\u2019t be long now. This timeline is subject to change as we work to create a super stable build for iPad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interested in a video-conferencing solution?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Setmore is currently testing a video-conferencing plugin that will turn some appointments into online video meetings. This could potentially allow you to host meetings with clients online.
