Now we\u2019re pleased to announce that the <\/span><b>Setmore app for iPad <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is currently in closed beta! Our team and a few courageous Setmore-powered businesses are helping us stress-test the latest build for bugs and glitches. Additional invites to participate in the closed beta will be sent to select people in the weeks ahead. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Setmore app for iPad will have the full functionality of the mobile Setmore platform, with the ability to:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Book appointments across multiple staff calendars<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage your customer list for your entire business<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take payments with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/payments\/square-setmore-integration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Square<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491006-take-payments-with-stripe-premium-pro-feature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stripe<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> integrations<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get automatic reminders for upcoming appointments<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Share your Booking Page with customers, and more!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We can\u2019t say for sure yet if there will be a public beta test, or when the tablet app will makes its public debut. If all goes well, it could be in a few months or sooner. (Note the Setmore app for Android-based tablets will be further down the road.) Watch this space \u2013 updates will be forthcoming.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8212;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Squish List: bug fixes and refinements<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Account<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The representation of dates and times within the app has been standardized to fit an easier-to-read format. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused Setmore to not generate a Booking ID for some appointments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Booking Page<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Phone field on the Booking Page will no longer remain highlighted when a customer is not interacting with it.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes caused customer data to not save correctly in the Customer Login profile.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented the Booking Policies tab under Apps &amp; Integrations > Your Booking Page (Configure) from properly loading.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setmore will now show a more detailed error message when attempting to edit the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490970-your-booking-page-url\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Booking Page URL<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with characters that are not allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Calendar<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Appointment Details window will now perform as expected for non-English languages.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While dragging the bottom handle of an appointment to increase its duration in the calendar, pressing the Esc key will no longer disrupt interactions in the Setmore interface.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some special characters will now properly show in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491015-appointment-labels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">appointment labels<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes caused Setmore to freeze when adding a slot blocker.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Classes<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused an error message to show when attempting to delete a class session with attendees.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Customer Tab <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Search accuracy in the Customers tab has been dramatically improved.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes caused appointment times to be changed when changing the service for an existing appointment in the Customers tab.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New appointments will now appear instantly for individual customers in their profile\u2019s Appointment History, without requiring a browser refresh.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Integrations<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490943-stream-photos-from-instagram\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instagram integration<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will no longer show as \u201cactivated\u201d if there is no Instagram account connected to it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Notifications<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Updating a label or making a minor edit to an appointment will no longer trigger an \u201cAppointment Rescheduled\u201d update in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490989-activity-stream\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">activity stream<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Updating the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491037-customer-email-appointment-reminders\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reminder Lead Time<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to a shorter duration will now affect appointments that were already scheduled on the calendar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Payments<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490945-track-payment-history-and-refund-deleted-appointments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment History<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has been improved and will now load data faster than before.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes allowed customers to skip adding a payment when booking a class session.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Staff Profiles<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changing the staff order in your account will no longer cause staff members to not show for previously-booked appointments under the Customers tab.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changing <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490975-staff-login-and-access-controls\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">staff access level<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will now force a logout for the affected staff member.
