We\u2019re super excited to announce this integration at the start of 2019. All signs point to an auspicious and lucrative year for Setmore users in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, where the integration is currently supported.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eager to get started? <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/blog\/meet-our-new-preferred-partner-square-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><b>Read the launch post for activation instructions &gt;<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s some important things to know as you dive in Square:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><b>You can use the Square integration with the free, basic version of Setmore.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This is unlike the Stripe integration, which requires a Setmore Pro subscription.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Your Square fee for online payments made from the Booking Page is 2.9% + 30\u00a2 per transaction.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Setmore doesn\u2019t add any fee on top of this. Fees vary based on transaction type. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/squareup.com\/pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn More ><\/span><\/a><\/li><li><b>Class payments are not currently supported, but will be supported in the near future.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> All other appointment payments in Setmore are currently supported.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can activate the Square integration under <\/span><b>Account &gt; Payments &gt; Square<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the Setmore mobile app, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/my.setmore.com\/settings\/#payments\/configure\/square\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>Settings &gt; Payments &gt; Square<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the Setmore web app. Of course, you&#8217;ll need your own Square account before you begin.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8212;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Squish List: bug fixes and refinements<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Account<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clicking on the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/605899-setmore-phone-support\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setmore Support phone number<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the web app will no longer cause it to disappear.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When exporting a list of customer contacts, area codes will no longer be curtailed from the phone number field.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that temporarily prevented access to the Cognito Forms, Jimdo, Wix, Zapier, and Zendesk <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/my.setmore.com\/profile\/#configure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">information cards<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the web app.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Alerts &amp; notifications<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For customers who are in a different timezone, their local timezone will now properly display in any confirmation and reminder emails sent by Setmore. (This requires that the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491030-show-the-customer-s-local-time-zone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Show Local Time<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> feature is activated for your account.)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused the Setmore mobile app to log out when the user received a reminder for their next appointment, if the reminder lead time was set to zero minutes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Appointment Rescheduled in-app alert will no longer trigger twice when payments are enabled.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Booking Page<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed a minor design issue when viewing the Booking Page on a tablet browser.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that prevented a customer\u2019s upcoming appointments from properly showing in their Customer Login profile.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes caused a deleted <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490974-service-categories\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">service category<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to show on the Booking Page.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused new services created under a specific category to instead show under the \u201cAll Services\u201d default category instead.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service categories on the Booking Page will now properly appear in the order they are placed under Settings &gt; Services.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed a design break that caused the \u201cEdit\u201d option to be obstructed by the Name field when accessing the Customer Login from the mobile app.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Calendar<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may now edit a customer\u2019s name from the Appointment Details window as intended.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes caused a \u201cScheduling Conflict\u201d error to appear when trying to book a weekly <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490894-recurring-appointments-premium-pro-feature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recurring appointment<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Updating <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491015-appointment-labels\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">appointment labels<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will now properly reflect in real time in the Setmore iOS app.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deployed minor updates to increase the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491007-2-way-google-calendar-sync-premium-pro-feature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google 2-way sync<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> feature usability and stability.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Classes<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When creating a singular <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/services\/class-booking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">class session<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it will no longer appear as though multiple sessions were created.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused some class sessions to disappear when editing them.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused Setmore to experience usability problems after adding a class attendee with the name \u201cNew Customer.\u201d<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Device syncing &amp;
