To these ends, we\u2019ve introduced automated review request emails. Now after each appointment, Setmore will automatically send an email to the customer, asking them to rate their service and to pre-book their next appointment on your public Booking Page.<\/p>\n<p>This should help increase the number of reviews on your Booking Page while getting you more appointments overall. We\u2019re committing to a bug-free Setmore by year\u2019s end, starting with this tip of a gradually shrinking iceberg:<\/p>\n<p><b>Mobile App<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed a critical issue that caused the previous week\u2019s appointments to sometimes appear under the current week\u2019s dates and times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Booking Page<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If Booking Page payments are enabled, customers can no longer navigate backwards once they reach the payment screen.<\/li>\n<li>When customizing your Booking Page URL, the Setmore platform will now correctly notify you if the URL is already taken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Payments<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When a paid attendee is deleted from a class session, you may now refund that attendee\u2019s service cost under the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.setmore.com\/settings\/#payments\/history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Settings &gt; Payments &gt; History<\/a> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a design issue that caused long service titles to break across columns under Settings &gt; Payments &gt; History.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a design issue that was showing the Stripe integration as deactivated when it was actually activated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Staff Logins<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff logins with \u201cReceptionist\u201d access can no longer unmerge a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/490905-merge-or-delete-multiple-customers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">merged<\/a> customer profile (this is intended to be an Admin-only capability).<\/li>\n<li>Only users with \u201cAdmin\u201d level access may now upgrade or downgrade a Setmore account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Calendar<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed an issue that caused the Calendar page to sometimes continuously reload itself.<\/li>\n<li>When converting a single appointment to a recurring appointment, the original appointment\u2019s label will no longer copy over into the new series of recurring appointments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Email Notifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All class notifications and reminder emails are now enabled by default for new Setmore users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay tuned for future updates!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thank you for reading \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Check out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/blog\/captains-changelog-may-2018\/\">Captain\u2019s Changelog: May 2018<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><i>Committed to increased transparency and more responsive community outreach, Setmore will post monthly development updates to showcase some of our work and improvements made over the past 30 days.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Have a feature request?
