Setmore&#8217;s appointment scheduling software makes sure that each of your staff members or service providers have their own appointment calendar, so they can quickly scan all their appointments without having to dig into their email Inbox.<\/p>\n<p>To enable an online calendar for appointments that your staff members can access, you can set up staff logins at your Setmore account. Here is how you do it:<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/my.setmore.com\/\">Login<\/a> to your Setmore account and click on \u201cSettings\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-32896083963\" src=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/setmore-click-setting.png\" alt=\"Change SetMore account setting\" width=\"600\" height=\"255\" \/><br \/>\n2. On the left sidebar, click \u201cStaff Members\u201d to create the login.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-32896083964\" src=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/staff-member-login.png\" alt=\"Create SetMore staff member login \" width=\"600\" height=\"192\" \/><br \/>\n3. Choose the \u2018Staff Member\u2019 name that you wish to create login for. Click on the name and choose \u201cON\u201d next to \u2018Staff Login\u2019 option.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-32896083965\" src=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/staff-login-on.png\" alt=\"Click on staff login to activate\" width=\"600\" height=\"204\" \/><br \/>\n4. The staff login will be created in your Setmore account and an email will be sent with the login credentials. Moreover, one staff member will not have access to see or modify the appointment calendar of another staff member.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Video Transcript<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hi! I am Jessie from Setmore.<\/p>\n<p>I am going to show you how to set up your staff logins today.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s really easy, all you have to do is go to settings and find the staff member that you want to create a login for. And once you found that staff member, just click on \u201con\u201d next to staff login. And that will trigger an email sent to them with their login and password.<\/p>\n<p>So this is the email the staff member would receive it has their login and their temporary password. And they can use this by going to my.setmore.com, the regular login screen putting in the login and password and signing in.
