Our Live Booking service is growing at quite a clip, and that means we’re expanding territory to better serve Setmore users all over the globe. Now users in Canada can sign up for this virtual receptionist service that plugs into your Setmore account! Your customers call, our receptionists answer in your business’s name, and we help them book appointments directly to your Setmore calendar.
We are also offering a limited Live Booking release to users in the UK and Australia. Just email our designated Live Booking account specialist and we’ll work with you one-on-one to get you set up.
How to sign up
Requirements: you must have an existing Setmore account to use Live Booking. Don’t currently use Setmore? Sign up for a free account here >
If you’re a Setmore user in the United States or Canada, simply log into your Setmore account from https://my.setmore.com and click the “Products” icon in the left navigation bar. Then select “Live Booking” and continue to follow the prompts to complete the setup process.
If you’re a Setmore user in the UK or Australia, email our Live Booking specialist to inquire about setting up an account. Requests will be processed on a one-on-one basis and may be subject to technical limitations. Thank you!
What to expect when you sign up
Once your initial Live Booking subscription cost of $1 USD is successfully submitted, your account will be issued its very own unique Live Booking phone number. This number is available for immediate use; you can call it and be connected with a virtual receptionist who will answer in your business’ name right away.
You may either use this number as your business number going forward, or you can forward your business phones to your new Live Booking number.

Live Booking is presently available in English
This means our virtual receptionists are only capable of answering your business phones while speaking English, and we offer support for Spanish-speaking receptionists by request. We don’t currently support French-speaking receptionists in any official capacity. As Live Booking continues to grow, we’ll look at adding more language options in the future.
Note: Live Booking virtual receptionists are all based in the United States.
