We are excited to roll out our brand new feature, Class Booking! It’s been in Beta testing for a while, but for those of you who haven’t had a chance to see what it can do for you and your business, here’s a short synopsis:

Class Booking lets you assign more than one customer to an appointment slot. For example, if you’re a teacher and wish to arrange a class for a group of students, you can create a class complete with easily manageable slots. A one-day cookery workshop with limited seats, for example.

SetMore‘s Class Booking helps you create a single session for multiple customers over a fixed appointment slot. This is extremely useful for businesses intending to serve more than one customer at a time.

Note: Recurring class bookings are not available in the free plan. Upgrade to premium to take the full advantage of Class Bookings.

  • Hi, We have created classes but cannot see a way for our customers to book them, only our salon hair services can be booked as before and i cannot see where the classes would appear? they don’t appear in the services page when customers enter the setmore landing page?

    • Hi Muz, I see you got it sorted but for the benefit of the other users out there who might also need assistance – Classes will appear on your Booking Page in the “Classes” tab, which you can find in the left-hand navigation (if using a laptop or desktop). If viewing the Booking Page on mobile, tap the hamburger bar menu in the top left and choose “Classes” from the dropdown tab.

      If you don’t see the hamburger menu in mobile view, make sure it’s activated in your Booking Page account settings. Log into the web app and go to Settings > Booking Page > Booking Policies. Scroll down to the “Show Menu Bar” option and make sure it’s turned on.

      You can also link directly to your class selection on your Booking Page by adding “/bookclass” to your Booking Page URL. Example booking page link.

  • I was wondering if anyone has used this platform as a lab scheduler. We have been in search for ever and have yet to find one. You are not to far away from building another revenue stream model. We presently use labschedular2.0 but it is really slow and gets buggy at times. Reach out to me if you have any questions.

    I think the class bookings are great but I will not be able to use them until we can accept payments for such bookings. Is this being worked on for release soon as I was told this would happen within some weeks.

      We are sorry for the delay in reaching out to you. Payments for Class Booking is being worked upon and should be available shortly. We will keep you posted through our blog/Facebook page about any updates on this front for sure.
